A walk in Arcade (Soutomaior). Ría de Vigo and River Verdugo. Part 1.

Today we return to Arcade, in the municipality of Soutomaior, province of Pontevedra. We will take a walk of just over 1 kilometer by a pedestrian path from the Beach O Peirao (also called Muxeira Beach) beside the port and reaches the medieval bridge in Ponte Sampaio. We will go along the Ría de Vigo and then the River Verdugo at its mouth, passing by Matilde Beach and underneath the three bridges that cross the river.

A Pobra do Caramiñal, A Coruña. A walk along O Areal Beach.

Today we visit the Municipality of A Pobra do Caramiñal, on the north bank of the Ría de Arousa, southwest of the province of A Coruña. We will see O Areal Beach located in the center of A Pobra next to the port.

Rianxo Seafront, Province of A Coruña. Ría de Arousa.

Today we visit the seafront of Rianxo.

The seafront is almost 2 kilometers long. It connects the urban center of Rianxo from the Port of Setefogas to A Torre beach in the neighboring parish of Taragoña. The walk offers views of the Ensenada de Rianxo in the Ria de Arousa and the Sierra del Barbanza. Before reaching A Torre Beach we will see O Pazo beach, the Castelo da Lúa (“Castle of the Moon”) and the mouth of the River Te.

Today we will take a walk along the seafront of Bueu, between Petís Beach and Banda do Río Beach, walking down Montero Ríos Avenue and Pescadoira Beach. We will also visit the Port which is very important for the economic life of the town.
