Visit to Sanctuary of Virgen de la Peregrina in Pontevedra. Part 1

The Sanctuary of Virgin Peregrina is located in the centre of Pontevedra, in the square of the same name. Peregrina Square separates the old town from the rest of the city. The statue of Virgin Peregrina is of 19^th century, is the patron saint of the Province of Pontevedra and the Portuguese Way of Saint James and is very much venerated in the entire city.
