It is dedicated to San Roque and it was built in 1674. It belonged to an old fortress, Nosa Señora Da Concepción (Our Lady of Conception), built by the Portuguese, nowadays we hardly had remains of the fortress. Portuguese occupied the southern part of what is today the province of Pontevedra. That was in the context of the War of Restoration in the second half of the 17th Century, between 1664 and 1668.
